My kid’s art teacher absolutely rocks ~ we are so very blessed to have her in our lives.  With a few other women, she runs the Central Community Food Pantry (the one I deliver bread and pastries too) in her “spare” time.

I was delighted when she offered to give me her Curio Cabinet in exchange for future furniture painting.  I decided colonel red and some black glaze would bring out the lovely details.

Unfortunately, the top shelf is slightly obscured by the clouds but you can see that it has three glass shelves plus there is a light in both the upper and lower cabinets.

This versatile cabinet could be used anywhere from the bathroom for towels and toiletries, the kitchen or dining room for china, the family room or living room for books and collectibles or even as an entryway piece.
