For the past couple of years, I have donated a piece of furniture to the Blue Devil Athletic Foundation for their annual Dinner Auction and Dance.  My son currently attends Davenport Central and it’s my alma mater, and he plays tennis like I did for Central back in the day.

I decided that this would be a perfect piece for the event as it is so versatile. The chalkboard labels can be changed at anytime, so it could be used in a kitchen, an entryway, a bathroom not to mention in a child’s room.

There are side handles that can hold umbrellas, canes or other tall items while the bins hold items for members of the family.

It’s narrow so it won’t take up much room in a bathroom and the side handles can hold washcloths or hand towels.

There are some many possible uses for this unique piece.

If you’re interested in this fun piece of furniture, come to the Blue Devil Athletic Foundation Dinner Auction and Dance on Friday, November 14th at the River Center.
